Description

This roundtable discussion provided an overview of the Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage) and Part D Prescription Drug Plan programs and benefits, including an introduction to the plan bidding and reimbursement process, and an overview of key changes to MA plan payment methodology required by the Affordable Care Act. The presentation also highlighted regulatory requirements for critical plan functions. The program was designed for health lawyers that are new to the MA and Part D regulatory framework or those looking to refresh their knowledge.
