    Responsible for drafting the Advisory Opinion Alerts.

    Task Force members:

  • Enforcement Committee

    The primary assignments of the Enforcement Committee are alerts and member briefings on government enforcement activities: indictments, complaints, settlements, plea agreements, and OIG corporate integrity agreements. The member alerts and briefings will include where possible the government documents that are the subject of the briefing. The Enforcement Committee may undertake other projects and programs related to enforcement developments in consultation with the F&A PG leaderhip.

  • Voluntary Disclosure
    The Voluntary Disclosure Task Force will study voluntary disclosures to the government by persons or entities in the healthcare industry. The Task Force has developed a survey designed to elicit information on the experience of AHLA members in making voluntary disclosures to the government.

Task Forces

Task Forces are established for those health law topics that cross over several Practice Groups, and they provide collaborative, substantive resources for the benefit of the sponsoring Practice Groups' members.

  • Medicare Part D Task Force
    The Part D Task Force works to educate AHLA membership about Part D's structure and operation, providing information of interest to providers and suppliers as well as to manufacturers, Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs), and Medicare Advantage (MA) plans.
